Returns
We do not accept returns on shipped items. The product is perishable, and once it leaves our facility, we
cannot in good faith accept it back.
Refunds
Any request for refund must be made by phone to 210-735-0275.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery so we

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation
requests cannot by fulfilled.
